Check out my latest TV show. I am sharing hosting with another San Francisco poet named Clara Hsu. This way I can have two segments in fairly high resolution and they stream easily over the internet. The video is at about 800kbbps and the audio is like 126kbps. If you have Apple TV you can expand it to full screen on a TV and it looks good. If you go to my http://mysticbabylon.podomatic.com site you can click on the media player there and watch it full screen on your computer. There is a little button on the media player you can click. I had always hit CTRL and + to expand it but I just figured out they have a button there for full screen.
